Why My Kids Had Cookies For Breakfast

...or, What Happens Every Time I Put A Bagel In The Vintage Toaster.

You'd think I'd learn.

p.s. They were whole-wheat pumpkin cookies, so please don't report me to Child Protective Services.

I love vintage stuff, wish I could do my whole house in antiques, but it might be time for a new toaster. :) At least 10 years newer. :)

OMG, I use to have that exact same toaster. I grew up with it, and when I left for college, my mom let me have it. It always toasted like a dream. Then my husband had to rewire it, since the cloth cord frayed. It finally quit when my kids were little, but that little guy toasted for a long time!!
