Two recent conversations.

Kathryn: (To a misbehaving Vivian) "Viv! Where are your manners?"
Viv: "On vacation at Roxbury Pond."

Kathryn: "Mom, we're playing Barak Obama." (Referencing a game where one plays Barak and the other plays Michelle and they make speeches.)
Mom: "Great. Who's Barak Obama?" (i.e. who is playing which role?)
Kathryn: (*snort* She can't believe her mother is so ignorant) "The president, Mom."
